She is a leading authority in hospitality revenue optimization, with a unique blend of experience in on-property revenue management and sales, professional and higher education, and strategic consulting.  

 

Lynn has worked with hotels of all types and sizes in the United States, Africa, Asia, and Latin America, solving inter-departmental challenges and educating non-revenue managers on revenue management concepts.
